Role Overview
Join our dynamic team in Bahrain as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you will play a key role in managing customer queries and supporting logistics operations. As part of our team in Bahrain, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, engaging with both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the logistics team in daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and shipment tracking.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries related to shipments and logistics updates.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery schedules, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide seamless service to clients.
- Monitor logistics performance and communicate potential delays or issues to customers proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the shipping process.
Must have requirements
- Solid knowledge about logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Valid working visa for Bahrain.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Nice to have requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant office applications.
- Previous customer service experience in logistics or related industries.
