Role Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Secretary (GCC Nationals Only), where you will provide vital administrative and office management support. As part of our team, you'll work in Bahrain office. This opportunity is exclusively for GCC national ladies who are currently based in Bahrain and will be employed under a Saudi Company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth business operations through exceptional organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, and organizing documents.
- Prepare, edit, and format business correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external parties.
- Assist in planning and executing office events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Help maintain a professional, organized office environment at all times.
Must have requirements
- GCC national (Lady) currently based in Bahrain.
- Employed under or willing to join a Saudi company.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Nice to have requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
